ARNYCA Cellars is the collaboration of Steve Distler, Mark Davis, and Luis Pettinato, rooted in Argentina, New York, and California. The name itself pays homage to those origins, while the labels feature sign language as a tribute to Steve’s deaf parents. Sourcing from distinctive sites across Northern California, the winery produces small-lot wines that reflect both place and story.

- VARIETY: 100% Albariño
- TERROIR: Alloria Vineyards, Sierra Foothills (elevation 2,200 ft). Rolling shale (schist) hills overlooking the New Melones Reservoir. Mediterranean climate of warm days and cool nights promotes balance of ripeness and freshness.
- VINIFICATION: Fermented in stainless steel; no oak influence. Focused on preserving varietal expression and freshness.
- AGING: Stainless steel; bottled young to retain vibrancy.
- TASTING NOTES: Fuller-bodied yet refreshing, with tropical fruit tones of guava and pineapple layered over citrus zest. Hints of salinity and minerality bring lift. The palate is lively, zesty, and easy-drinking with a long, clean finish.
