Nicolas Maillart is a grower-producer based in Écueil on the western side of the Montagne de Reims. Since taking over the domaine from his family in 2003, Maillart has championed sustainable farming and terroir-driven Champagne, focusing on single-site expressions that highlight the individuality of each vineyard. The 'Montchenot' cuvée is sourced from a historic Premier Cru parcel and reflects Maillart’s precise, low-intervention style—wines marked by energy, clarity, and mineral depth.

TASTING NOTES: Fresh and focused with aromas of crisp apple, pear skin, citrus peel, and subtle floral notes layered over crushed chalk and brioche. The palate is linear and vibrant, offering a fine mousse, bright acidity, and a clean, mineral finish with savory undertones.
