The fruit for this Pinot Noir Rosé is hand-harvested from estate vineyards located in the Willamette Valley.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eVinification:\u003c\/strong\u003e The Pinot Noir fruit is hand-harvested and gently whole bunch pressed without extensive skin crushing, producing essentially a “white Pinot Noir.” The wine undergoes cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Selected lots of fermented red Pinot Noir juice are later added back to the wine for enhanced color and texture.
