Von Ebert Brewing 'Reverse Math' West Coast IPA, Portland, OR [12oz. can]

Portland’s Von Ebert Brewing is an award-winning brewery with a lineup spanning a range of styles, with a strong emphasis on IPA. For 2026 the company introduced a new core beer to the year-round offerings, Reverse Math West Coast IPA, a modern take on the style. Brewmaster Sam Pecoraro described it in the press release:

"Utilizing pilsner malt and a more modern hop combination, Reserve Math West Coast IPA gives high intensity aroma and flavor of red berry, sweet fruits, strawberry and guava, all in a crisp and dry profile that defines modern West Coast IPAs."

It's fragrant with diesel dank notes followed with sweet red berries, resin and tropical fruits. It's hoppy and chewy while will being dry and sippable.
