WINE LIST CONSULTING

Our experienced partners can build a list that is tailored to your particular style of restaurant, cuisine, and size. We offer training for the staff and support for management, as well as cost analysis, menu formatting, and inventory control. Whether looking for a 10 bottle list or looking to increase your list to award level, DECANTsf has you covered.

Pop Up Partnerships

Our partners are sommeliers with a combined 20 years working in restaurants. We can use our depth of know-how in food and wine pairing and our wide network of distributor and supplier partnerships to find the best pairing options for your cuisine. Our sommeliers will work with you or your party planner to create custom beverage options perfect for your guests, no matter the size. We will help with sourcing, pricing, delivery, and glassware selection for the big day. DECANTsf Sommeliers can even be on-hand for the big night, to help with service and working directly with or chefs or caterers to make for a seamless event.

Cellar Curation & Management

Let DECANTsf build your wine collection. Based on your interests, palate, and investment strategy, our Sommeliers will help you purchase cases of new-release or library wines for your home cellar. This includes doing tastings with you, visiting local wineries with you, and purchasing wine for your collection.

Wine Excursions

DECANTsf will be your headquarters for organizing bespoke wine excursions to West Coast Wine Country and International Wine Regions. We will organize all of your visits and the bulk of your transportation while you sit back, relax, and taste.
