Mary Taylor Bordeaux Blanc, Bordeaux, France 2023
Mary Taylor works with small growers across Europe to showcase regional authenticity. This Bordeaux Blanc comes from Jean Marc Barthez, president of the Monségur cooperative, who farms vineyards in Entre-Deux-Mers. Fermented without oak, the wine highlights the purity of Sauvignon Blanc shaped by Bordeaux’s gravel-rich soils and accented with a small touch of Sémillon.
