Trasiego Wines is a Chilean project focused on capturing site expression through minimal intervention and thoughtful sourcing from some of the country’s most dynamic cool-climate regions. Working closely with growers in Casablanca Valley, the team emphasizes freshness, precision, and transparency, allowing vineyard character to lead. ‘Green Quartz’ highlights the valley’s maritime influence and crystalline acidity, delivering a Sauvignon Blanc that is vibrant, mineral, and distinctly coastal.

• VINIFICATION: The grapes are hand-harvested from coastal vineyards in the Casablanca Valley, just miles from the Pacific Ocean, where the strong maritime influence and quartz-rich soils contribute to freshness and minerality. Stainless steel fermentation, followed by 3 months resting on lees.
  
• TASTING NOTES: Fresh and aromatic with notes of lime zest, grapefruit, green apple, and subtle herbal tones. The palate is crisp and focused, showing bright acidity, saline minerality, and a clean, refreshing finish.
