Rita Hills Pinot Noir showcases the cool-climate character of this renowned appellation, known for its combination of vibrant fruit and earthy complexity.

- FARMING: Sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards in Sta. Rita Hills, benefiting from cool Pacific winds and diverse soils.

- VINIFICATION: Native yeast fermentation, aged 8-9 months in French oak (10% new) to maintain purity and freshness.
