• TERROIR: The vineyards are located on steep slopes within the area known as "La Bidode" in Pupillin, characterized by lime-clay soils heavily laden with stones, providing the perfect setting to express the curious and compelling character of the Ploussard grape variety.
• VINIFICATION: Grapes are hand-harvested and whole-cluster pressed. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts in neutral oak foudres, followed by secondary fermentation in the bottle using the traditional méthode champenoise.
• AGING: Aged on lees for a minimum of 30 months to enhance complexity and texture. The wine is bone-dry "brut zero" (no dosage), highlighting its purity and the expression of the Ploussard grape.
  
• TASTING NOTES: Pale pink in color, this Crémant offers aromas of fresh raspberries and red currants. On the palate, it is lively and crisp, with a hint of tannin, a strong underlying earthiness, and ebullient raspberry fruit, leading to a refreshing, mineral-driven finish.
