Fabrique Delices Potted Duck Rillettes (2.8oz)
PORK-FREE. CONTAINS WHEAT.
A combination of shredded duck meat, duck fat seasoned and cooked "Confit Style". A delicious pairing with a spicy Rhône Valley Grenache or Santa Barbara Pinot Noir. Includes wheat (bread crumbs) in this recipe.
Serving Tips: Duck rillettes can be served in or out of the glass jar, on a cutting board with saucisson sec, cured meats like Spanish style chorizo and saucisson de canard. Add some cornichons for a crunchy addition!
Bread Pairings: Traditional French Baguette, Tuscan Bread, Rustic Bread.
Wine Pairings: Vacqueyras, Côte du Rhône, Beaujolais Village, Saumur, Anjou, Sancerre Rouge.
