VINIFICATION: Whole-cluster, semi-carbonic maceration in concrete tanks using native yeasts; minimal intervention and gentle extraction to preserve freshness and aromatics.

AGING: Aged in neutral vessels for several months before bottling with light filtration.

TASTING NOTES: Juicy red cherry, wild strawberry, and violets leap from the glass, backed by notes of crushed granite and subtle spice. Silky and vibrant on the palate, with fine tannins and a clean, stony finish.
