Created within the Avize Viti Campus—one of Champagne’s leading viticultural and oenological schools—Sanger is a unique collective project where students and alumni gain hands-on experience crafting their own cuvées. ‘Voyage 360’ showcases the full breadth of Champagne’s terroirs, blending fruit from multiple villages and soil types to express the region through the eyes of the next generation of winemakers.
WINEMAKER: Students & alumni of the Avize Viti Campus
FARMING: Sustainable, with a focus on environmentally responsible viticulture
VARIETY: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier
TERROIR: Sourced from vineyards across Champagne, drawing on chalk, marl, and limestone soils to create complexity, structure, and mineral detail. Each component reflects a different sector of the region, contributing to the cuvée’s layered profile.
VINIFICATION: Fermented in stainless steel to retain precision and freshness. Produced in a Brut Nature style with zero dosage, highlighting purity and the raw character of Champagne’s diverse terroirs.
AGING: Aged 24–36 months on lees to develop fine texture and depth.
TASTING NOTES: Lively and mineral-driven, with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, citrus pith, and white flowers layered with subtle toasted hazelnut and wet stone. The palate is crisp and bone-dry, showing fine bubbles, electric tension, and a long, clean finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS: Excellent with oysters, ceviche, sashimi, or spring vegetables such as asparagus with hollandaise.
SCORES: 92 pts – Decanter; 91 pts – Wine Advocate
