TERROIR: Sourced from the Marca Trevigiana area in the Veneto, this region benefits from a combination of hilly terrain and a temperate climate. The area’s diverse soils, primarily alluvial, lend themselves perfectly to the cultivation of Glera, offering vibrant acidity and a crisp, clean profile. The proximity to the Dolomites ensures that cool night temperatures preserve the aromatic freshness of the grapes.

VINIFICATION: The Glera grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a soft pressing to extract the freshest juice. Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks to preserve the bright fruit flavors. A second fermentation occurs in closed tanks to create the natural, light frizzante (slightly sparkling) character.

AGING: Aged on the lees for several months to enhance complexity and mouthfeel, while preserving the wine's refreshing character.
