• VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested; fully destemmed; native yeast fermentation in open-top vats with gentle punch-downs and pump-overs for balanced extraction.

• AGING: Aged for 14–16 months in French oak barrels, approximately 30% new.

• TASTING NOTES: Aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry, rose petal, and subtle earth. Silky on the palate with fine tannins, vibrant acidity, and a mineral finish that brings lift and definition.
