• VINIFICATION:

  • Whole-cluster pressing followed by a pre-fermentation cold soak to enhance aromatics.
  • Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of fruit.
• AGING: Aged for 1 year in a combination of stainless steel tanks and barriques to balance freshness and complexity.
• FILTRATION: Lightly filtered before bottling to retain the wine's natural character.
