Domaine Glinavos 'Paleokerisio', is a semi-sparkling, semi-dry orange wine made using ancient Greek winemaking techniques. This unique and aromatic wine revives the traditional wines of the Ioannina region, blending indigenous grapes for a semi-sweet, semi-sparkling, distinctive drinking experience.

• Vinification: Traditional vinification with 12 days of skin contact, resulting in an orange color, semi-sparkling effervescence, and partial fermentation in the bottle.
