Field Recordings, the Paso Robles-based project of winemaker Andrew Jones, celebrates the diversity of California vineyards through creative blends and minimal-intervention winemaking. Sourcing fruit from small family growers across the Central Coast, the winery focuses on transparency, drinkability, and experimental techniques. 'Skins' is a vibrant orange wine that captures the delicate aromatics of white grapes while adding the texture and structure that comes from extended skin contact.
