-
FARMING: Sustainable: HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) / Independent Winegrower (sustainable, focused on biodiversity)
-
VARIETY: 100% Gamay (from some of the estate’s oldest vines, approximately 25–30 years old)
-
TERROIR: Bugey AOC in the Savoie region, with vineyards on limestone and morainic soils, hillside and valley-floor parcels averaging roughly 55 hl/ha yields for Gamay; climate influenced by both continental and mountainous elements
-
VINIFICATION: Approximately 80% destemmed fruit; carbonic maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel (sometimes fiberglass) tanks for about 6 days, with twice-daily punchdowns; light chaptalization up to ~1% used if necessary
-
AGING: Aged in stainless steel and cement-lined tanks—neutral vessels preserve vibrancy and freshness

-
