TERROIR: From vineyards in Moulin-à-Vent, northern Beaujolais; granitic and sandy soils on gentle slopes contribute fine tannins, aromatic intensity, and aging potential.

VINIFICATION: Semi-carbonic maceration with whole-cluster inclusion; native yeast fermentation and minimal intervention to preserve purity of fruit.

AGING: Aged in neutral oak and stainless steel for 8–12 months to maintain freshness while developing structure.

TASTING NOTES: Red cherry, cranberry, and wild strawberry aromas are accented by floral and spice notes. Medium-bodied, with silky tannins, bright acidity, and a mineral-driven, lingering finish.
