Besoain is a boutique Chilean winery founded by the Besoain family, dedicated to producing elegant, terroir-driven wines from the cool coastal valleys of Chile. Emphasizing precision in the vineyard and minimal intervention in the cellar, the estate focuses on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, expressing the distinct character of Leyda Valley’s coastal terroir.

• TERROIR: Leyda Valley, coastal Chile; alluvial soils with clay and sand; cool Pacific breezes and morning fog provide slow ripening and bright natural acidity

• VINIFICATION: Fermented in stainless steel tanks with native and selected yeasts; gentle punch-downs to preserve delicate aromatics; partial whole-cluster fermentation

• AGING: 8 months in French oak barrels (30% new)

• TASTING NOTES: Light to medium-bodied, with aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and rose petals, complemented by hints of earth, spice, and subtle toast. The palate is silky, with fine tannins and a persistent, elegant finish.
