BOLLE, a Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine (Assorted Styles)

Using a world unique, patent pending wine making technique where we twice ferment the wine (like champagne or prosecco), we ensure that all the flavor comes from the grapes, the terroir and the fermentation process.

Blanc de Blancs: An expressive bouquet of crisp apple, juicy pear, zesty citrus, and a whisper of toasted notes released by the fine bubbles.  Dry, fresh flavors with a rich finish that is well balanced with a touch of minerality.
