Founded in 1958, Domaine Christophe Mittnacht is a family-run estate led by Christophe and Yuka Mittnacht. As early pioneers of biodynamic viticulture in Alsace, they farm some of the finest vineyards around the town of Hunawihr, producing elegant and terroir-driven wines.

- Farming: Biodynamic and organic practices certified by Demeter.
- Variety: 100% Riesling
- Terroir: Rosacker extends north of Hunawihr, at an altitude of 260 to 330 meters. Facing east-southeast, it rests on heavy, marl-limestone soil rich in magnesium. Vine age: 30 years. Planting density: 5,500 vines/hectare. Soil management: plowing and cover cropping. Yield: 30 hl/hectare.
- Vinification: Hand-harvested. Whole-cluster pressing. Aged for 9 months on fine lees in large oak casks. EU sugar level: dry wine
- Tasting Notes: Lush and exotic aromas of rose petals, lychee, and honey, with flavors of dried apricot, orange blossom, and a spicy, lingering finish. The wine is balanced by refreshing acidity, making it a perfect match for spicy dishes or rich cheeses.
- ABV: 14% vol
- Acidity (tartaric): 6 g/l
- Residual sugar: 6.95 g/l
