Clos Cibonne is best known for redefining Tibouren and for its age-worthy, barrel-aged rosés. But with 'Tentations,' the estate offers a fresh, immediate expression of Provence made from younger estate Tibouren and sustainably farmed fruit sourced from trusted growers in La Crau and Carqueiranne. Vinified entirely in-house by Olivier Deforges, this is a stainless steel rosé with focus, energy, and balance—a serious wine that doesn't take itself too seriously.

  • WINEMAKER: Olivier Deforges

  • FARMING: Practicing Organic; estate-grown and sourced from long-standing grower partners

  • VARIETY: 50% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 15% Syrah, 15% Tibouren

  • TERROIR: Schist-rich soils in La Crau and Carqueiranne; Mediterranean climate moderated by sea breezes

  • VINIFICATION: Direct-pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel; no malolactic fermentation

  • AGING: Aged on the lees in stainless steel for two months to build texture and freshness

  • TASTING NOTES: Pale salmon pink with aromas of strawberry, grapefruit peel, and dried herbs. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with subtle texture from lees aging and a clean, saline finish

  • FOOD PAIRINGS: Provençal vegetables, tuna niçoise, shrimp skewers, or olives and anchovies
