VINIFICATION: Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats to preserve aromatic purity and bright fruit expression.

AGING: Raised in stainless-steel vessels prior to bottling, emphasizing transparency of fruit and terroir without overt oak influence.

TASTING NOTES: Brilliant cherry in color, the wine opens with aromas of fresh berries, cherry, subtle earth, and spice. The palate unfolds with cassis, blackberry, plum, and savory hints of bacon and leather, framed by integrated tannins and a supple structure that is approachable in youth yet capable of short-term cellaring.
