Grown in the famous Lodosa orchard in the Navarre region of Northern Spain, these peppers are hand-picked, charred over firewood, and packed soon after, preserving the sweet and smoky flavor that they are known for. Slip a slice of nutty manchego inside and give them a quick grill in a hot cast iron pan. Or place slivers atop toasts with your favorite Espinaler conserva to create some easy and delicious pintxos.
