The sugars in Gruvi sparkling wines are naturally occurring (no added sugars) and less than most other alc-free wines. The natural sugars in full alcohol wines have been converted to ethanol (alcohol) during the fermentation process.
Since GRUVI wine never ferments, the natural sugars don't convert to alcohol and therefore remain in the wine. This amount of sugar is equivalent to an apple. The Dry Secco and Bubbly Rosé have approximately 1/4 of the calories of alcoholic wine.
