• TERROIR: Vineyards located in the Soave Classico area, characterized by basaltic-volcanic soils; southeast exposure at altitudes between 100-200 meters above sea level.
• VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested grapes; gentle pressing; fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic purity.
• AGING: Aged on fine lees in stainless steel tanks for several months to enhance texture and complexity.
• TASTING NOTES: On the nose, the wine reveals the nectar of field flowers such as chamomile, elderflower, and iris. The palate is mineral-driven with flavors of green apple and lime, leading to a characteristic almond finish, typical of classic Garganega.
