Coming from the historic Bairrada wine family of Luís Pato, João brings a modern, low-intervention mindset to traditional grapes and methods. His Pét-Nat wines embrace spontaneity and energy, bottled before fermentation is complete to capture pure fruit and vibrant fizz.
