  • AGING: 10 months in large foudre followed by roughly 30 months on the lees before release.
  • TASTING NOTES: Rounded aromatics of vanilla pastry, pear, citrus zest, and white flowers lead to a dry yet supple palate with lifted freshness and a refined, gently persistent finish.
