Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus albacares) is one of the most commonly preserved tuna, as it is highly appreciated for its flavor and texture. It is recognizable by its characteristic yellow fin. This tuna is caught using traditional fishing methods such as line or seine fishing, according to the standards of best practices. And it is prepared the traditional way, packed with organic extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients: Tuna, olive oil and salt

Once opened, in order to maintain its flavor for up to five days, we recommend keeping the tuna in the refrigerator, preferably covered and completely submerged in olive oil, adding more if necessary.
