“Néboa” is a Galician word for fog—an elemental presence in the vineyards of Rías Baixas. This Albariño is a collaboration with Bodegas Eidosela, where a single site in the Condado do Tea subregion was identified and vinified separately to express its singular character.

FARMING: Sustainably farmed; vineyards cultivated by 61 family growers across ~45 hectares, pergola-trained to mitigate humidity.

VARIETY: 100% Albariño.

TERROIR: Condado do Tea, Rías Baixas (Galicia, Spain). Northwest Atlantic climate with high rainfall (600–1600 mm/year), poor nutrient soils of sand, granite, and slate. Parcels are typically small (under 0.5 ha).

VINIFICATION: Single-parcel selection vinified separately to specifications; fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.

AGING: Stainless steel; bottled young to emphasize vibrancy.

TASTING NOTES: Fresh and saline with citrus zest, white peach, green apple, and hints of Atlantic herbs. Bracing acidity balanced by subtle texture; long mineral finish echoing granite soils and oceanic influence.
