Please note refund policies in the description of each individual event, as DESTINATION DECANT, Winter Fête, and Private Tastings have different policies.

Default policy unless otherwise noted: DECANTsf will refund 100% of your event ticket purchase to the original form of payment if you cancel via email or phone call up to 72 hours of the event start time.

You may transfer your ticket to another guest.

DECANTsf will refund up to 50% of ticket price (less taxes, promos, or fees) in the form of store credit for cancellations within 72 hours of the event.

No-shows forfeit any refund or credit.

Tickets purchased with gift cards are not eligible for refund.

YES. Gift cards can be redeemed for event tickets. However, refunds will not be given for any cancellations of tickets purchased with a gift card.

Subscribed CLUB MEMBERS get a 10% Discount to most events at DECANTsf, unless otherwise specified. Club Members have a personal Promo Code to enter at check out. Club members get a max of two discounted tickets per event.

DECANTsf allows certified service animals as outlined by City, State, and Federal Law.

We politely decline attendance by any animals outside of those guidelines due to San Francisco Department of Health rules.

DECANTsf is a 21+ space, so no children, including infants, are allowed inside or on the patio.

Send us a note if you are meeting anyone at our events, and we'll do our best to accommodate seating requests.

Please contact us regarding any food allergies, and we will do our best to accommodate. Food Allergies may not be accommodated for classes with guest chefs, but we will do our best. Send us a note to events@decantsf.com with any concerns.
