Porto‑Muiños delivers a coastal flashback with this tin of whole razor clams, hand-harvested from the rich estuaries of Galicia. They’re packed in silky extra-virgin olive oil, brimming with roasted garlic, and paired with sea spaghetti (Himanthalia elongata)—a briny seaweed that turns the tin into an addictive tapa. It’s balanced, savory, and feels immediately both rustic and refined. Great on toast, in salads, or splayed straight from the tin.
Serving: Chill lightly, open, and serve straight or over grilled bread so the oil doubles as drizzled sauce. Highlight the garlic’s aroma and the seaweed’s earthiness before your customers even take a bite.
Rennet: None – it’s shellfish in conserva form
Aging: None (ready-to-eat)
Ingredients: Razor clams (56 %), extra‑virgin olive oil, garlic (~8 %), sea spaghetti (~8 %), water, sea salt
Allergens: Contains mollusks; may contain traces of other shellfish or fish
Dietary Attributes: GMO-free, gluten-free, organic options available (in EU SKU)
Flavor Profile: Succulent clams deliver a clean, firm bite. Roasted garlic brings warmth and depth, while sea spaghetti adds a bright, saline vegetal twist that elevates both the texture and the taste.
Pairings:
Wine: Bright, sea‑inflected whites like Albariño, Muscadet, or a chilled Verdicchio. Dry sparkling (Crémant or Brut NV) also cuts through the oil and garlic beautifully.
Beer: Belgian Saison or crisp Pilsner—both keep it refreshing and uplift the umami.
Cheese/Board: Serve alongside Manchego or a delicate triple-cream brie. For maximum contrast, pair with tangy goat cheese or a funky blue.
Other: A squeeze of lemon, fresh herbs, or preserved lemon makes it sing on crostini.
PORK-FREE. CONTAINS WHEAT.
A combination of shredded duck meat, duck fat seasoned and cooked "Confit Style". A delicious pairing with a spicy Rhône Valley Grenache or Santa Barbara Pinot Noir. Includes wheat (bread crumbs) in this recipe.

100 Percent. Every drop of water in each Purely Sedona bottle is sourced from a registered and protected spring in the Oak Creek Canyon of Sedona, AZ.
Artesian water is ground water confined under pressure between layers of super solid underground volcanic rock that flows naturally to the surface. The rock limits contaminants from entering into the aquifer, while also pressurizing the chamber. This results in remarkably pure and balanced water with naturally occurring electrolytes.
Well, there is the science behind it – the purity of our source, the fact that it has a pH balance of 8, no added sodium, and naturally occurring electrolytes. But then there’s everything that science has yet to explain, but that millions have discovered, when it comes to the unique healing, sustaining and rejuvenating power of Sedona’s waters.
There sure are. But these aren’t the manufactured type you find in sugary sports drinks. These are the naturally occurring variety that can only be found in artesian spring water from this region. Through our filtration and ozonation we are able to retain the natural minerals and taste that make this water so amazing.
Purely Sedona water has a naturally occurring pH of 8. This is regarded by many as the optimum level of balance for drinking water and is not only ideal for daily hydration and health, but also to help flush the body of acidic wastes, impurities and toxins.

South Africa’s Winemaker of the Year 2025, Donovan Rall, continues to set the pace for modern Cape white wine. He has built his reputation on precision blending—one of the toughest jobs in wine—and sourcing fruit from over 30 vineyards across the Western Cape. Each harvest he manages nearly 60 separate fermentations and aging lots, a painstaking process that demands both skill and vision. The result is a remarkable palette of blending material that produces small-batch wines consistently ranked among South Africa’s most exciting (and hardest to find).
WINEMAKER: Donovan Rall
FARMING: Sustainable
VARIETY: 69% Chenin Blanc, 29% Verdelho, and 2% Viognier
TERROIR: Fruit sourced from sourced from granitic soils

AGING: Eleven months in neutral oak, concrete, and foudré
TASTING NOTES: Limey, pithy, and bright, the 2024 Rall White captures the energy and texture of modern Cape white blends. Chenin Blanc leads with citrus, yellow stone fruit, and a subtle creamy note. “Coming from special vineyard sites, our Chardonnays show great depth of flavor, length of finish, aromatic complexity, and a fine balance between richness and delicacy. Typically, the climate is cool and the soil vigor low, producing graceful yet vibrant wines.” – David Ramey
An absolute benchmark for California Chardonnay, Ramey Wine Cellars is a giant in its field. After decades leading winemaking teams for wineries such as Dominus, Chalk Hill and Matanzas Creek, David Ramey began the brand in 1996, setting out to make his personal mark on the wine landscape in California. David’s groundbreaking work with indigenous yeasts, sur lies aging and malolactic and barrel fermentation yielded a new California style that was richer, more lush and silky smooth than previously known. As a result, he created a benchmark style now emulated by many.
