TERROIR: Premier Cru Vaillons, located on the left bank of the Serein River; south and southeast-facing slopes with Kimmeridgian limestone soils layered with marl and fossilized oyster shells.

VINIFICATION: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

AGING: Aged on fine lees in stainless steel for added texture and complexity.

TASTING NOTES: Pale lemon in color with aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and white flowers over a chalky, mineral backbone. On the palate, crisp citrus and orchard fruit meet saline minerality, with a long, structured finish.
