A young new vigneron on the scene, Thibaud Boudignon has already made a big name for himself. He farms small parcels of Chenin Blanc and Cab Franc all by hand and by heart. He rebuilt and renovated a centuries-old cellar where he works (and lives above) in Savennieres. The newest addition to Thibaud’s range of Chenin Blanc comes from a half hectare plot within the Clos de la Hutte (1.5ha) lieu-dit. The vines are young but the wine is profound. There is a long history to this site and Thibaud is channeling every bit of it here. The volumes are miniscule - 1000 bottles released.

- Farming: Organic farming on small parcels with meticulous care and dedication.
- Variety: 100% Chenin Blanc
- Terroir: From the Clos de La Hutte vineyard site located within the hamlet of La Poissonnière, with shallow soils on solid schist and trace amounts of sand. Average vine age of 4 years.
- Vinification: Vinification in French and Austrian oak barrels of various volumes, indigenous yeast fermentation, no malolactic fermentation.
- Aging: Aged approximately 12 months in 350L and 700L barrels, with up to 30% new oak.
- Tasting Note: Profound Chenin Blanc with a deep sense of place, despite the young vines. Limited release of 1,000 bottles.
