Located in the heart of Burgundy in Rully, south of Beaune, the Maison Vitteaut-Alberti remains attached to the creation of effervescent wines by the "méthode traditionnelle".

- Farming: Organic
- Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
- Terroir: 23 hectares above the Côte de Beaune and on the hills of the Hautes Côte de Beaune at an altitude of approximately 400 meters. The clay-marl-calcareous soil produces grapes of exceptional quality.
- Vinification/Aging: Hand-harvested. Aged between 16-18 months sur lie before disgorgement.
- Tasting Notes: Intensely pink in the glass, with fine, persistent bubbles. Ripe red fruit and raspberries give way to a full rich mouthfeel.
