TERROIR: PGI Tyrnavos, Thessaly—central Greece. The estate sources from their Tyrnavos holdings, steeped in local tradition.

VINIFICATION: Classic free-run rosé method; fermented with indigenous yeasts; no malolactic fermentation. Grapes chilled (~24 hours at 4 °C) pre-press to preserve freshness.

AGING: Stainless steel with no oak influence; bottled early to retain energy and clarity.
