• TERROIR: Situated in the Côtes de Provence AOP, the vineyards benefit from a unique microclimate influenced by the proximity of Mount Sainte-Victoire. The soils are predominantly clay and limestone, contributing to the distinctive minerality and freshness of the wines. 

• VINIFICATION: The grapes are harvested mechanically at dawn to preserve their freshness. They undergo direct pressing, followed by cold stabilization and fermentation at low temperatures to enhance aromatic expression.

• AGING: Aged in stainless steel vats to maintain the wine's crispness and purity.

• TASTING NOTES: This rosé presents a delicate pale hue with peach nuances. The expressive nose reveals notes of white flowers, peach, and pomelo. On the palate, it is well-balanced and smooth, with lingering peach aromas and a fresh finish highlighted by a touch of acidity.

• FOOD PAIRINGS: Ideal as an aperitif or paired with dishes such as salmon and mango poke bowls, pan-seared shrimp skewers, or Provençal vegetables à la plancha.
