- Glup is a collaboration between two friends from different continents who teamed up during 2012 - Chilean producer Julio Bouchon and South African winemaker David Nieuwoudt. Longaví wants to reflect the deep diversity of Chilean wines, with freshness and personality. Each Longaví wine combines grapes and terroir that express the individuality of each vineyard, and is made with varieties that express the full power of the valley. In the winery, there is no standard recipe, but a desire to respect the origin of the grapes with techniques that honor that origin.
- Winemaker: David Nieuwoudt
- Farming: Sustainable, Natural
- Varieties: Chenin Blanc
- Terroir: Maule Valley - Volcanic soils. Coming from vineyards in the Marchigüe Valley, it is the only Chenin Blanc made in Chile. It is a pure expression of the terroir, with amazing richness and intensity.

Vinification: Early morning hand harvested at 21,5 °B.
The juice was fermented with their skin in concrete tanks, without control temperature, using native yeast, staying with the skin for 2 months and then 5 months with the lees.
- Aging: Once fermentation is completed remains with their lees for 4 months. Without stabilization, finning and no filtration.
- Tasting Note: dense aromas of wild white florals, pear and peach pit. Due to fermentation with the skins, there is a richer texture which carries some weight. The finish is dry and pleasantly bitter and elegant. Natural, yet clean and elegant.
