Inspired by its range of liqueurs and the shrub technique, Giffard has developed a new range in which fruits and plants are macerated in wine vinegar. The result is an alcohol-free range with great aromatic richness and a reduced level of sugar to underline this aromatic intensity, which brings complexity, length in the mouth and a real added value to the cocktail.
Giffard Grapefruit:
GIFFARD Grapefruit Alcohol-Free is made from a maceration of grapefruit zest in white wine vinegar.
- Color: Salmon pink in colour
- Taste: A nice balance between bitterness, acidity and sugar. A mixture of citrus, grapefruit-zest, rose, and woody notes. Vermouth-like.
- Ingredients: Water, sugar, grapefruit infusion (white wine vinegar, grapefruit zests), concentrated lemon juice, natural pink grapefruit flavorings with other natural flavorings, apple extract, black carrot concentrate, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate
Giffard Elderflower:
GIFFARD Elderflower Alcohol-Free is made from a maceration of hand-picked elferflowers in white wine vinegar.
- Color: Golden yellow colour
- Taste: Exotic lychee, saffron, floral rose and wormwood notes intermingle with a touch of acidity.
- Ingredients: Water, sugar, elderflower infusion (white wine vinegar, elderflowers), concentrated lemon juice, natural elderflower flavourings with other natural flavourings, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
