- Terroir: Planted with a northeast exposure in red, iron-rich clay soils on the west side of the Monferrato Hills, where there is more influence from the Alps
- Vinification/Oak Usage: Aged in stainless steel, Metodo Classico
- Tasting Notes: A dry and refreshing sparkling white wine with aromas of crushed strawberries and raspberries. A fruity attack and rounded palate, finishing with a burst of acidity from the lingering bubbles on the palate.
