Land of Saints 2023 Sauvignon Blanc, Los Olivos District, Santa Barbara, CA
- Winemaker: A collaboration between Angela and Jason Osborne (A Tribute to Grace Wine Co) and Manuel Cuevas (C2 Cellars)
- Farming: Sustainable
- Variety: Sauvignon Blanc
- Terroir: Shale, alluvial deposit and sand from vineyards in the Los Olivos District of Santa Barbara
- Vinification: 2 sites that are fermented separately. Cool, slow fermentation in stainless, sur lie for 9 months, then married together and raised in stainless for a further 2 moons. No Malolactic fermentation.
- Aging: 11 months in stainless.
