TERROIR: Vineyards situated in the rugged, granite-rich soils of Swartland, benefiting from the region's Mediterranean climate that ensures optimal fruit ripeness and vibrant acidity.

VINIFICATION: Hand-harvested grapes chilled overnight before gentle pressing into settling tanks. Fermentation occurs naturally in cool cellar conditions, without artificial temperature controls. The final blend is selected through informal, convivial tasting sessions.

AGING: Aged six months post-fermentation in tanks, allowing natural settling and maturation without oak influence.

TASTING NOTES: Bright and effortlessly enjoyable, showcasing aromas of dried peaches, apricots, ripe citrus, and delicate white stone fruit. The palate is fresh and lively, exhibiting a cool, smoky texture, balanced by mouthwatering acidity and a gentle spice that lingers beautifully through a long, elegant finish.
