- Farming: Organic
- Variety: 80% Marsanne, 20% Roussanne, 30 year-old vines
- Terroir: Clay-limestone plateau and Loess (slightly sandy decomposed granite)
- Vinification: Hand-harvested, native fermentation in Burgundian barrels aged from 4 to 8 years.
- Aging: on lees for 8 to 10 months in stainless steel tanks and glass.
- Production: 5,000 bottles
- Tasting Notes: White flowers, almonds, pear, and honey. The palate is refreshingly full-bodied with a richness in aromatic depth.
