A young new vigneron on the scene, Thibaud Boudignon has already made a big name for himself. He farms small parcels of Chenin Blanc and Cab Franc all by hand and by heart. He rebuilt and renovated a centuries-old cellar where he works (and lives above) in Savennieres. This Rosé cuvée is made exclusively for our importer, Sacred Thirst Selections.
- Winemaker: Thibaud Boudignon

Farming: Organic, hand-farmed small parcels Cabernet Franc
- Variety: 90% Cabernet Franc, 10% Grolleau
- Terroir: Vineyards in and around Anjou with shallow soils on grey schist, rhyolite (volcanic soil), and sand. Average vine age of 35 years.
- Vinification: Hand-harvested, gentle pressing followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
- Aging: Aged 4-6 months in stainless steel.
- Tasting Note: Bright pink in the glass, this serious style of rosé features explosive crunchy red fruits and a mid-palate of tension, cascading to a dry finish.
