LOLA Wines are proudly family-owned and operated since 2008, with a singular focus on producing unique wines with quality, purity and integrity. LOLA now grows over 15 different grape varieties, utilizing minimal intervention and old-world tradition to produce wines of structure, complexity, and balance.
- Winemaker: Seth Cripe
- Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
- Farming: Practicing Organic
- Terroir: Young vines in Mendocino and the Sonoma Coast
- Vinification/Aging: The grapes were picked slightly under-ripe and lightly crushed by foot, then pressed off the skins after 8 hours. Small amount of skins and stems were added to the pressed juice during fermentation to add structure and vibrancy. Aged in 100% stainless steel.
- Tasting Note: Vibrant, with a bright pink color and aromas of cherry and guava. Its bright acidity and crispness on the palate make it a perfect wine for warm summer days, and a wonderful pairing to vegetables and seafood.
