Farming: Sustainable
Varieties: 50% Merlot, 41% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc, 1% Petit Verdot
Terroir: Gravel, clay and limestone
Vinification: Wine making in stainless tank and cement with control of the temperatures, cold and long maceration at the beginning of the encuvage (4 in 5 weeks).
Aging: 20 month among which 14 in oak barrel (1/3 new). Racking each 3 month on barrel.
