J-M Sélèque, located in the Coteaux Sud d’Épernay, is run by Jean-Marc Sélèque, who took over the family domaine in 2008. The estate focuses on terroir-driven Champagnes, and since Jean-Marc's leadership, the vineyards have been cultivated without herbicides.
