Tasting Notes: Medium-plus body with fine tannins and fresh acidity. Precise, textural and long with aromas of dried thyme, cherries, forest berries, dried herbs and crushed black pepper. Lively and agile with a succulent core of sour cherries and white pepper at the center, with a long, minerally finish.
