Agricola Cirelli, led by Francesco Cirelli in Abruzzo, Italy, is renowned for its commitment to biodynamic farming and minimal-intervention winemaking. The 'Orange' Macerated Trebbiano is a testament to this philosophy, showcasing the expressive potential of Trebbiano through extended skin contact.

FARMING: Certified Biodynamic; practicing low/no sulfur vinification
VARIETY: 100% Trebbiano
TERROIR: Vineyards situated in Abruzzo, characterized by chalky limestone and clay soils, benefiting from proximity to the Adriatic Sea
VINIFICATION: Grapes are destemmed and undergo a one-month maceration on the skins in stainless steel vats, followed by gentle pressing.
AGING: The wine remains on its fine lees in stainless steel for four months. No fining or filtration is employed.
TASTING NOTES: Aromas of ripe yellow pear, subtle orange zest, and delicate floral hints. The palate reveals bright minerality complemented by soft tropical fruit and cold melon characteristics, leading to a vibrant and refreshing finish.
